Andy manages our talented engineers, apprentices and workshop staff who make it all happen. He demands high standards which is reflected in the quality of the work that leaves the workshop. As well as the smooth running of the engineering workshop, Andy makes sure that the workshop team receive the best training available and offers support and guidance to our apprentices. Andy relaxes spending time with his family and watching TV.
