Roger manages the engineering department, seeing projects through from specifications to finished steelwork. He has worked extensively with the food and renewable energy industries, enjoys working with customers and always strives to get it ‘right first time’. Roger has a 1st class degree in mechanical engineering and an MPhil in heat recovery ventilation. He is a keen sailor and tries to go skiing or snowboarding every year.
