I just wanted to pass on my thanks to your team for a couple of particularly outstanding efforts. Firstly, during our dehairer breakdown, your team really stepped up to help with the motor gearbox change. This saved us significant downtime and took pressure from my engineers, so could you please pass on mine and the company’s thanks for their efforts.
Secondly, huge thanks to the electrical team over the weekend. The transition to generator was always going to be a risky time for the business, but thanks to their excellent planning, all has gone smoothly.
