Just wanted to say how pleased (and grateful) I am with the efficient service Mark Santon offered today regarding fixing W2.
He arrived unaware we’d had an electrical failure on our sachet machine, so expected to be repairing the small dry blender. He diagnosed the issue on W2 (blown fuse) quickly, but we had no spare available. While he swiftly finished the repair on the dry blender fuses were ordered for W2.
How he went ‘above and beyond’ was he mentioned he had several spare fuses at home, and he was prepared to pop in to check if he had the correct ones for this machine. He promptly returned and fitted the required fuse saving us a minimum of 10 hours downtime on this crucial machine.
